I wanted to talk about an event I'm super excited for! It's the Wet Hot Queer Summer Jam on Itch.io!

It's an event for writers to create stories of any length around the theme of "wet hot queer summer". Original fiction only, not fic. Itch.io is a site typically geared towards gaming, gaming assets and software, but many authors and readers have started using its book self-publishing aspects recently, and since most jams are for game creation, this one decided to shake things up a bit. I love itch.io.

It runs from May 31-Aug 31.
